Our stay at Mark’s home was fantastic, it’s just as beautiful as the pictures, if not more so. The pool was perfect, the on-suite bathrooms in every rooms were modern and clean, the beds were really comfortable, the kitchen was great for meals and common spaces were cozy. Mark was super communicative and made us feel right at home. He was so fast to respond to any of our questions, which we really appreciated. The location was great—really close to the beach, an ice cream shop, a few restaurants, the science center, the lighthouse, a playground and more all within walking distance. Like another reviewer mentioned the ocean view is partially obstructed by a new house there, but we didn’t mind at all. Overall we loved our stay and are so glad we chose this beautiful home for our trip! Highly recommend.

Todd's house was just as advertised. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for my large family and the open kitchen and living room accommodated us perfectly. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need for cooking, food storage, and coffee. We found the house to be impeccable. It was clean, conveniently located, super comfortable and in a quiet, walkable neighborhood. The hosts were friendly, responsive and cooperative. This was the best Airbnb we've stayed in and would recommend it to families looking for a comfortable vacation property.

Best rental ever!!! Having this be our first Christmas away from home in 38 years it was amazing! Felt “At Home” the minute we walked in the door. Mark is an incredible host. The home was perfect for 2 families to vacation together. Having some of the necessities like toilet paper and garbage bags was helpful!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house on Tybee. The host was extremely responsive whenever we had a question.

This house is a true Wow! It was perfect for our 3 generation family, with large gathering areas and private bedrooms with baths. The furnishings and decor are beautiful. The kitchen is very well equipped for large groups. There are beach chairs and toys available for use. The pool was great for everyone, with plenty of seating in the area. The downstairs rec room kept our kids of all ages occupied with ping pong and pool. The beach was a very easy walk. We rented the onsite golf cart which made it very easy to get around the island. The owners were very responsive to our messages and so accommodating. They really wanted us to enjoy their house. I would highly recommend this property! We hope to use it again in the future.

Great place! Plenty of space and loved the location! The pool was outstanding! Couple of small hiccups with entry code on arrival and lack of crib though it was listed as an amenity. Both were corrected quickly upon arrival after communication with owners. Loved all the extras for the beach and pool and our grandson loved riding in the “beach wagon” in the mornings! Highly recommend as a place to stay!

This is the second time my family has rented this same property for our annual Tybee trip! Though the property had been updated since we were last here, it was still a wonderful space. It is roomy and spacious while still being comfortable. There are plenty of places for people to congregate which is nice if different groups want to do different things. The location is very close to the beach access as well which is nice. The owners were communicative and friendly, and we would definitely recommend it. Hopefully we will be visiting again soon!

We had 8 adults with an infant and all of us had our own bedroom (5) with master baths. 3 Levels to the house which made it easier for late night entertainment when others wanted to sleep. Pool was awesome and it was a short walk to the beach. Great location and great property management team which quickly responded to any questions or minor issues. Highly recommend this property.

Can not say enough positive comments for this property. It is extremely well suited for a large family or group. Each bedroom is well laid out with comfortable beds and private baths. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possible need, The house is walking distance to the beach and the main street that has several restaurants. The owner is very responsive to any questions.

Great place for our three families and 6 children, ranging in age from 1 to 12. Privacy and family time, was amazing. The golf carts were a big hit, and were so glad we rented two. The pool was amazing too!

We had a lovely stay at 1A Oceanview! The house was perfect for our large group of mom's/daughters; spacious, very clean and updated! We loved the coastal decor, large living areas & kitchen, big bedrooms (all with walk-in closets and en suite baths!) and the beautiful back porch and pool area! Plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy, both covered and uncovered. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach and walkable to restaurants and the Sugar Shack! It was also just a short drive to the Pier for more restaurants and shops. The home was well stocked with towels, beach chairs, and kitchen necessities. Hosts were responsive and flexible with check-out time. Wish we could have stayed longer but would definitely love to come back!

Loved the house and the location is amazing

Excellent house and very close to the beach ! Each room has its own bathroom which makes it great for groups - I only took a star off accuracy as there is a house being built now in front of view which was not pictured - otherwise the location is perfect and pool was wonderful!

The house is absolutely fabulous, my family loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom as well as being quite roomy. There was so much room for the kids to play, the kitchen was beautiful as was the rest of the house. The only little lapse was that I paid for the pool to be heated while we were there and the heater wasn't turn on the day we arrived. The water temperature never got as warm as we thought it should, but the hosts refunded part of the cost. I would highly recommend that anyone rent this home!

We couldn’t have asked for a better house to stay at for my bachelorette weekend. The house was absolutely perfect and we couldn’t stop raving about it. Would recommend to everyone and would love to come back and stay again. Thank you for an unforgettable weekend!

Family vacation. The house was amazing! Very clean and spacious. Comfy beds and furniture everywhere. Perfect location very close to the beach. The home had everything we needed and we will def be staying here again. Excellent hosts!

The house was wonderful! Plenty of room for our family, a good size pool for the kids to play in, short walking distance to the beach. Beach items were available for us to use at the beach. There are several museums within a short 5 minute drive. There was a golf cart on property for us to rent and that made maneuvering around the island a lot easier. We are already planning our next stay!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this house! It was a 3 min walk to beach, stunning pool, home was equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were amazing! Highly recommend and excited to return next summer!

The house was perfect for our family! Every bedroom has there own bathroom. 2 Spacious living areas. The pool was clean and so nice to have for those that don’t care for the beach. Short walks on the beach to lighthouse, marine science center and pier. The house also has a beach cart, chairs, sand toys and canopy! Public beach access was just down the street from the house. The owners will provide you with an access code to get in the house. It is NOT the last 4 digits of your phone number, as one of the instructions said. Also, the recycling was never picked up the week we were there. The garbage was picked up, mid week, and you don’t have to bring it to the street. It was a great trip in a lovely new home!

Clean, comfortable and spacious. Our group of 10 stayed a week. Very short walk to the beach and the outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off the sand. Beds were plush and we used the huge closets as dressing rooms. Bathrooms are spa-like. Easily cooked all of our meals in generous kitchen. Pool was clean and everyone loved the floats and toys. We contacted the host about a minor issue and received immediate response. This was the perfect vacation house and we hope to visit again.

Beautiful!! We stayed a week and it was great. The house has everything needed to feel right at home. 10 people in the house and it still felt roomy. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

Loved it ! The only issue changed code and we struggled fir response to getting but it was resolved Then the washer did not work which would of been nice to been told That was a problem since we threw in wash not aware that was a big deal that we should of been told aboutv

This house was great, we were blown away by how large and comfortable it was for our group of 8! It’s very conveniently located a few steps away from the beach and several restaurants.

This home is AMAZING! I stayed here with 9 girlfriends for a long weekend and this home was everything and more! A block from the beach and the pool area was perfect. All of the furniture was so comfortable including the couches and lounge chairs by the pool. Air conditioning worked great and kept the whole house cool! If you plan on going to the beach, bring extra towels. Host was helpful and responsive! Thank you!!

The owner said they want you to feel at home with all the necessary amenities and they are right. Most places you have to provide all amenities but all of our were provided for 12 people. Super clean loved it

Our three-generation family (ages 22 to 76) loved the house and the location. Short walk to the beach, lighthouse, restaurants, and even disc golf. We enjoyed the quietness of Tybee. The house is well appointed, comfy and clean. We would stay there again! Mark and Todd were also very responsive and helpful.

My parents and siblings and I have been going to Tybee every year since we were children. This place is perfect! It is beautifully updated in a way that makes the space feel clean but comfortable. It is very spacious, even more than the photos suggest in my opinion. It is easy to get to and in a quiet neighborhood in North Beach which is our preference. The house had easy access to the beach and the pool was lovely. The renters were easily available for questions when needed, but the property was so accommodating that we wanted for nothing! The kitchen was well-equipped, the bathrooms are pristine and roomy, the beds were comfortable, and the seating was plentiful! I could not recommend this place or these renters enough!

Beautiful house and responsive hosts. We had to book this last minute as our previous accommodation had plumbing issues and they were so helpful and got us in same day. Really saved our vacation. we had 2 dogs, 3 teenage boys, and 4 adults; the house was spacious enough to be out of each other's way but had some nice areas for together time. Would come again.

Our family had a great stay at this home. You can see the ocean. Access to the beach was close by- the equivalent of a block and a half. we cooked Easter dinner and had sufficient pots and pans and silverware. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The pool was nice and definitely heated as requested and paid for. There is a candy and ice cream shop within walking distance. We really enjoyed everything about our stay.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this house. The pictures didn’t do it justice. Everyone had their own space and plenty of room to all hang out. The pool was awesome, and the hosts were extremely responsive. Will definitely be back. Thank you, for the wonderful week.

House was great! Clean and cute. Great location and has a pool. This was our first time to Tybee and we loved it. You can walk to the beach and to the Sugar Shack. House was large and we had privacy and space. Beach was quiet and clean.

Amazing home. Hosts did a magnificent job ensuring everything in this home is perfect and no expense spared. Communication was always perfect and incredibly responsive and attentive. There isn’t one flaw in this place and I can’t wait to return.

What a perfect house and great location. 10 of us stayed for a girls weekend and there was so much room for us all. The view from the house is superb and listening to the waves perfect for sleeping. House seemed new and was pristine. Loved the pool and enjoyed morning and evening swims. Pool was heated and perfect temperature for the cool mornings and evenings. Had a private chef one evening and he remarked at how well equipped the kitchen is. Plenty of dishes, pans etc. All in all we had a fabulous stay on Tybee island.

We had a great stay at Mark’s place. The home is decorated nicely and everything was as described. The home is located in a peaceful part of Tybee Island with restaurants and stores close by. The pool and lower level are a perfect place to spend the day with family or friends. The upper deck is a great place to have coffee and feel the ocean breeze. Mark is very responsive and gave great instructions for check in and check out. The check out list was simple and did not ask for too much. 10/10 would stay again.
