Newly Built, Professionally Decorated Beach House, w/Private Heated Pool, Rec. Room, and Ocean Views steps from the beach - 1B Oceanview Court

Loved our stay at Tybee 1B Ocean View. Great kitchen for meals in, bedrooms all have their own bathroom, and the pool/game room was great for kids and adults alike. Everything was clean and communication from the host was timely. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and ice cream shop. Fun for all!

We really appreciated the quick responses to any question we had. Our three sons and their families stayed with us and everyone enjoyed the home.

Was on a family vacation celebrating my 70th birthday. The house did not disappoint. Very spacious and clean. Very comfortable beds and more than enough bathrooms. Very open floor plan so we could all gather together while cooking in the kitchen. So many things I didn’t expect like beach chairs, beach wagon, pool toys and more. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful house and pool. Everything you could possibly need, from great stocked kitchen to plenty of towels. The beds were so comfortable everyone remarked on them. A lovely break with family.

Overall 4 1/2 stars!!! The house is absolutely gorgeous and has every amenity most families want when traveling to this area. It was perfect for our family of 10 which is 3 generations. A few issues - The lights inside the pool are broke, so we were disappointed that we were unable to swim in the pool at night as we had planned. We also felt it was disrespectful & intrusive that the maintenance person showed up at the house 3 times during the week to do routine maintenance such as clean the pool, mow the lawn (right next to the pool) & change light bulbs. General maintenance should always be done between renters. We rented a 5 star, very expensive house with 5 star expectations and should not have experienced these inconveniences. We spoke with one of the owners and he acknowledged our frustration. A few recommendations would be fix the lights in the pool and better procedures in place with your maintenance staff. Overall we loved the house!!!

Beautiful house in a great location. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Lots of spaces for people to hang out. Within walking distance to restaurants, coffee and ice cream. Would definitely stay here again.

Booked this house for a a group of friends and everything was great! House was beautiful and location was ideal.

This house was amazing. The owners spared no expense with the finishes. The five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms were a plus. Short walk to the beach, an ice cream shop, and a liquor store. The commute to Savannah was not bad. Anybody would be lucky to stay in this beautiful home.

We enjoyed the condo for the Easter weekend. The kitchen was incredibly well appointed, the beds were excellent. We did ask for the pool to be heated and it wasn’t very warm but that was the only negative comment we had.

Beautiful home and equipped with everything we needed. Great lay out and felt very spacious. The pool was very clean and had nice outside seating. We enjoyed our stay.

Great home stocked with everything a family of 6 could need. The pool was wonderful (and warm) and the golf cart made exploring the island very convenient. We would definitely stay again!

This is an updated and immaculate home, perfect for a large group or families. TVs are in every room and the toiletries in the shower are well stocked. We loved it! Only issue was that the grill was not cleaned at all, and not useable.

This place was beautiful! Love the set up! Watched the sunrise from the master bedroom 😍. They worked very easily with us, especially at being last minute. Will definitely for sure be back.

The place was great! The water pressure was a little lighter than usually but overall a great experience. The communication was top notch which is a nice change.

This home was wonderful, beautiful & was our favorite vacation home & location. Perfect for multiple generations of family. Close to beach, Sugar Shack, brewery, pizza, etc Couldn't ask for a better vacation home for our family. Would give it a 10 star if I could.

The home was very nice and very clean. There were a lot of great bedroom configurations for a large family and little ones. The bathrooms were great. The pool was clean and well maintained. There are a lot of stairs, so keep that in mind when booking. There is a house being built just behind the backyard, so eventually the view of the ocean will be more obstructed. There were some issues with communication with the owners and property manager. I had a few emails and phone numbers and my messages were not being answered for a while. I contacted VRBO and they reached out to the owners. I didn't know how to pay the second half of our bill. Once we actually connected, things were fine. The property was sold in between when we first booked it and our actual vacation, so I chalk the miscommunication up to that. Overall, the family enjoyed the vacation, the house, and the area.

We had a wonderful time at the property! The beach distance was great, area was nice and quiet, beach area wasn’t over crowded, ice cream place was super close! We would definitely stay again!

Our stay was a mixture of positives and negatives with biggest negative being the communication with owners. The property supposedly changed hands at sometime from the time we rented it until the time of our use. We were not notified of this and it caused some problems as to who to contact with questions about our stay. In the end it all worked out. Positives, house was as pictured with a bathroom in every room. Pool was great for our grands! Negatives besides the communication issues—the beach access boardwalk shown in one of the house pictures is not for this house. Public beach access is around the corner and down from rental. It is not the boardwalk which you see in one of the house photos which makes you think it is much closer.

Amazing stay for a group trip! Great location and beautiful house

We really enjoyed our stay at Tayla’s home. Our group consisted of 4 couples. We enjoyed the amenities of the home. The outdoor and indoor living space was comfortable. We paid for the pool to be heated and it was well worth it. We also enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, restaurants, and other activities on Tybee island. We were about 30 minutes from downtown Savannah, so we were able to spend an evening and afternoon in downtown Savannah. All 4 couples said they would stay here again.

This by far has been my best ever ABNB I have stayed at, the house is simply amazing and better then described, I am looking forward to booking this house again in the near future. -EEVT

Great place for family!

My family and I had a wonderful stay!! The home was perfect, the location was perfect, the whole trip was wonderful. We extended our stay because no one wanted to leave. The home is as described, brand new and beautiful. This house is well designed with a large open kitchen and large living spaces with room for the whole family. Large bedrooms, (each with private baths), beautiful ocean views and a well equipped kitchen. We were celebrating my Father's 80th birthday, with family ranging from 2-80 years old. There was fun for all ages. My little boy's loved the beach, the pool, and the ice cream shop that was walking distance. My nieces, in their 20s, loved downtown Savana that was a quick 25 minute drive away. My parents loved this cute local theater called the Tybee Post that was walking distance and had shows multiples nights during our stay. My wife and I loved the peaceful little town and that everyone was having a great time. We will be back soon.

Beautiful home and location. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Stayed in the home for a girls trip and it was absolutely perfect. Pool and beach was wonderful. Several of us would like to return with our families for vacation.!!! It’s just that awesome!!

Beautiful place, define will be stay in staying again

My family (7 adults, 3 kids) had a wonderful stay at Tayla's home in Tybee! The home itself is perfectly laid out for a family our size, with everyone having plenty of private space, while the communal areas were large and comfy. The beds (as others have said) were very comfortable and everything was super clean! The kitchen was well-stocked and there were beach chairs, pool floats and towels that added a nice tough. Tayla was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The lot behind the home had some construction start on our second to last day, which added a bit of noise, but other than that, we had a perfect vacation! Thanks Tayla!

Absolutely gorgeous beach house with perfect temperature pool and close walk to the beach. Kitchen was great to cook in and grill was nice to have outside too. Beds all comfortable and showers are HUGE!

House was immaculate. It was perfect for our family getaway. Bedrooms were to die for and the most comfortable mattresses in ever room. The private pool was pristine and the outdoor space had everything we could have needed or wanted. I will totally book again and recommend this listing over and over.
